Client debriefs are a deep well of client intelligence that very few firms are utilizing. While client surveys and industry data tell a broad story of client intelligence, a debrief can provide specific and unique intelligence that is relevant to your unique relationship with that client. There are many side benefits to a debrief as well, including more client face time and differentiation when you are the only firm asking these types of questions, personally.
