Business Development Like a Secret Agent

MAX Session

Business Developers and Secret Agents have a lot in common. They both research to find valuable information while trying not to be noticed when overthrowing governments… okay, maybe there are a few differences. The biggest thing they have in common is information gathering and analysis while gaining trust and developing relationships along the way.

Everyone is capable of being a spy… I mean a Business Developer. In this session, individuals will learn the various tactics spies use to gather and analyze information and how to apply them in Business Development. Every spy knows that anyone can be a source of information. You will learn how to leverage your current skills or your peer’s skills to gain insight or information. These skills lead to more information and can even inspire some out of the box thinking when it comes to approaching a hard to reach client.

Attendees will learn

  • A better understanding of all the contributing factors within Business Development.
  • How to utilize existing skills to develop relationships for BD purposes.
  • Skills to teach your team.
  • A new enthusiasm for Marketing and BD.
